Lynn Blodgett

President and Chief Executive Officer

Lynn Blodgett

Lynn Blodgett is president and chief executive officer of ACS, A Xerox Company.

He joined the company in 1996 when the data entry company he co-founded with his brother, Unibase, was acquired by ACS. The acquisition of the 11-year-old firm almost immediately transformed ACS into a leader in the expanding business process outsourcing sector. From this foundation, Blodgett enabled ACS to create an entire service segment dedicated to delivering BPO services.

Shortly after joining ACS, Blodgett assumed responsibility for the company’s commercial line of business. He was later promoted chief operating officer responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations throughout its business process outsourcing (BPO) and information technology (IT) operations for commercial and government clients.

In 2006 he was appointed chief executive and in 2009 began the process to transform ACS into A Xerox Company. He was appointed executive vice president of Xerox Corporation in 2010.

Blodgett’s pioneering work in the BPO market was recognized in 2009 when he was inducted into the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals’ Hall of Fame for his work to transform the industry.

His philanthropic contributions achieved national recognition when his 2007 book of photography, Finding Grace: The Face of America’s Homeless received critical acclaim, including:  ranked as Photo Magazine’s top 10 photo books for 2007; Forward Magazine’s Book of the Year, 2007; the 2008 Independent Publisher Book Awards Outstanding Books of the Year (Most Life Changing category); and the 2008 Nautilus Book Awards (Silver winner in the art/specialty/gift category).

Blodgett attended Brigham Young University and the Utah Technical College.
